When To Order
Our citrus shipping season usually runs from mid-November to the end of April. To ensure that your holiday orders arrive on time, please follow this schedule:

Christmas
orders shipping to Canada, far west states, Texas and Louisiana must reach us by December 10, 2011; all other Christmas orders must reach us by December 14. Christmas gifts are shipped early
to safeguard against possible holiday transit delays.
Far west states include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas,
Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Standard Delivery Service
Allow two to three weeks after we receive your order. Normal delivery time is
five to seven days from shipment date. Temperature-controlled trucks are used
for fruit shipments to most areas; local delivery is handled by the U.S. Postal
Service.

Shipping fees vary per item. See individual products for shipping fees.

Additional postage will be added to each package shipped to the following states:

Express Rush Delivery
Rush delivery (1, 2 or 3 business days) is available for most packages. However,
you must call Customer Service at 1-800-327-9312 to place Rush
Delivery orders. In Brevard County, please call (321) 636-6072. Additional
shipping fees will apply.
Changes to Delivery Instructions
Need to modify delivery instructions for an order? We must know at least 20 days before the scheduled ship date. To ensure timely Christmas delivery, we are unable to make any changes to your order after December 1.
Gift Messages
Your personalized gift message will be imprinted on the shipping label to notify the recipient upon receipt that you are the sender.
Substitutions
We will make every effort to fill your order as directed. We reserve the right
to substitute fruit of equal or greater value depending on crop availability.
How We Pack
All citrus fruit is carefully hand-picked and hand-packed in trays for best shipping. Most packages come in cartons of one to four trays.
