Harvey's Groves USA Drawing Official Rules 
ELIGIBILITY No purchase necessary. This Drawing is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older, unless specifically prohibited by law. Harvey’s Groves officers, directors, employees, suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on January 15, 2012 to qualify for the drawing. Each email address submitted must be valid and remain valid through the time the winner(s) are selected. A confirmation email will be sent to each entrant at the email address submitted to verify the validity of the entrant’s email address. Limit one entry per valid email and mailing address. Mailed entries will be accepted, but each mailed entry must contain a valid email address and be postmarked no later than 11:59 p.m. on January 15, 2012. Incomplete entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Harvey’s Groves and its employees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or entries not received within the required timeframe. PRIZES One (1) first-place prize consisting of one (1) Amazon Kindle Fire, one (1) second-place prize consisting of one (1) half-bushel Three Month Citrus Plan, and one (1) third-place prize consisting of one (1) quarter-bushel Three Month Citrus Plan will be awarded. Winners of the second and third place prizes may choose whether their plan will include all Oranges, all Grapefruit, or a Mixed Pack. Amazon is neither a participant in nor sponsor of this promotion. The half-bushel Three Month Citrus Plan includes three one-half bushel shipments of fresh fruit that will be delivered monthly to the winner from February 2011 through April 2012. The quarter-bushel Three Month Citrus Plan includes three one-quarter bushel shipments of fresh fruit which will be delivered monthly to the winner between February through April 2012. Winners may specify which months their prizes will ship. No transfer or substitution for the prize will be permitted. Awarded prizes are not redeemable for cash. All terms & conditions related to gift cards will apply. Limit one (1) prize per household. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winners. WINNER SELECTION Winners will be selected via a random drawing by a judge selected by Harvey’s Groves. The judge will draw to select winners of one (1) Amazon Kindle Fire, one (1) half-bushel Three Month Citrus Plan, and one (1) quarter-bushel Three Month Citrus Plan. The judge’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this drawing. Winners will be notified approximately two (2) weeks after the drawing deadline by email, using the email address submitted on the entry form. Winners shall have fourteen (14) days to respond to the notification email and acknowledge their acceptance of the prize. Along with notification, winners will be sent a statement of eligibility and release form. Winner must execute, without making changes, and return this release for receipt by Harvey’s Groves within fourteen (14) days of the date of the winner notification email. The following will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner: (1) Failure to execute and return the release form within fourteen (14) days; (2) failure to respond to notification attempts; or (3) return of any prize notification as undeliverable. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES Each person who enters this drawing represents and warrants to Harvey’s Groves the following: (i) The email address submitted by the entrant is the entrant’s own individual email address; and (ii) the email address submitted does not and will not violate any applicable laws or give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Any submission deemed inappropriate by Harvey’s Groves in any manner will be automatically disqualified. Third-party entries will not be accepted. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Winners agree to allow Harvey’s Groves to use his or her name in promotional materials related to this drawing without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this drawing, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and any decision Harvey’s Groves makes regarding this promotion. Harvey’s Groves reserves the right to disqualify from the drawing, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, any entrant or winner who, in Harvey’s Groves' reasonable suspicion, tampers with its website, the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive matter. Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. By entering, entrant agrees to: (1) be bound by these Official Rules; and (2) release Harvey’s Groves from any and all liability, losses or damages of any kind arising out of his or her participation in this drawing and with respect to his or her acceptance of the prizes.
