Florida's acclaimed Indian River, and especially Merritt Island (home to our
groves), offers exceptional growing conditions. The area is protected by brackish
ocean currents that protect our trees in winter and keep them cool during summer.
As a result, we're able to offer Honeybells that are unparalleled in size, texture,
appearance, flavor and quality.
The Harvey family planted their first groves on Merritt
Island back in 1926. Thoughout the company's 84-year history,
there's always been a member of the Harvey family tending
the groves, making sure each luscious Honeybell reaches
the peak of ripeness before it's picked by hand and shipped
to customers in refrigerated trucks.
Our sweet, incredibly juicy Full-Size
Honeybells are large, with a unique bell shape. Snack-Size
Honeybells are simply a smaller version. But whatever
size you get, you're assured of a unique honey-sweet taste
in these virtually seddles, very easy-peeling fruit. In fact,
they're SO easy to peel, we call them "zipper skins"!
Florida
Indian River Honeybells from Harvey's Groves just
can't be beat. You'll be completely satisfied with your Harvey's
Groves order—we
guarantee it!
